But if you turn the bass up and crank the speakers up there is a good amount of distortion. I just got done installing the speakers and they are great. They are great i highly recemend them to anyone who wants to make there audio system better. I only have them installed in my front door speakers but i am going to install them in my back speakers too. I payed 54 bucks for them to replace my blown stock speakers in my 99 dodge dakota. They are extremly crisp and clear and they even have a good amount of bass.
